I smoked for over 30 years and stopped with no cravings or withdrawal after one 50 mins session with Kay. It works. Had hypnotherapy with Kay to stop smoking back in May and wanted to wait and see if it worked before I did a review. IT WORKED!!!! I have been Smoker for over 30 years and did not want to replace this habit with another habit or go through a horrible withdrawal process either. I would say you do need to want to stop but after a single 50 mins session with Kay I stopped with no craving’s withdrawal nothing and have not smoked since. Kay did insist we did a follow up session anyway. I found her very professional likeable patient and supportive checking in on my and even sharing some recordings free of charge to make sure my first week off the smokes was comfortable and I was sleeping well. When I started shopping around I liked that she called me to introduce herself and them did a free consultation to go through what she offers before I decided to book, so not pushy at all and really encouraged an informed decision. She also works remotely so I enjoyed the fact I was home on my couch in my safe space. Would definitely recommend her and use her again

Thoroughly recommend Kay and Lucid Hypnotherapy for a safe and healthy weight management program. I have followed many ‘diets’ over the years, they work for a while but never long term. This is different, it’s not a diet but a way of life. The meetings you have with Kay and the daily recording you listen to remind you to be aware of your portion sizes and food choices. Kay is amazing at helping you overcome any issues and is supportive throughout. I lost nearly a stone in a month and will continue with this protocol until I reach my ideal weight and will then continue with this mindful and healthy way of life. Thanks Kay!

Highly recommend Kay! She helped me through many areas in my life. She is very easy to talk to and to open up and is a great listener. She has a wonderful range of knowledge and experience that helped me and she gave me many techniques that I will be using throughout my life from now on. After having 6 sessions with her I have seen a major improvement in my life and how I am as a person. I will definitely be going back to her in future.

Can certainly recommend Kay! She is warm, friendly, compassionate, an excellent listener and in my experience, a highly knowledgeable, skilled and effective practitioner. During o our initial consultation (free of charge)Kay asked searching questions. She listened attentively to my answers and sought clarity and helped me order my thoughts. Then had 4 separate virtual VGB sessions and Kay expertly weaved in the most important and meaningful elements from our initial conversation. Following the first session, I started losing 2lb a week which is continuing. Have lost 11/2 stone so far, I'm absolutely delighted. Thank you Kay!
